David Bowdler Music

David Bowdler, sometimes known as ‘Dave’ is a professional musician who is now devoting more of his time to composition. Dave has a diploma in Jazz Saxophone performance from the Guildhall School of Music and studied harmony and composition with various teachers including courses at the Dartington Summer School. Over the years Dave has written and arranged music for various Jazz ensembles, Wind Bands and Orchestras.

 

Now working in computer and digital media he uses sampled sounds and recorded real instruments. Inspiration comes from a variety of sources  and these include engagements in Europe, Scandinavia, the Far East. Dave is particularly inspired by his local area of the North Kent Marshes and the Medway Estuary.

 

Available for engagements (Tenor sax, Flute & Clarinet),   Composing for video presentations, amateur film productions and YouTube videos etc.
